Our biology invites to own and express our power, creativity and erotic nature. Not hide, shame or deny it, give it away or ignore it.
It is in the chemistry of intimacy that we feel most alive, when neurologically, the most parts of us are 'lit' up. When we let our defences down to be seen, see each other and if we really allow, see ourselves. Transparency.
It is the practical magic we are gifted with being human.
The terrain of the self is the movings parts of our emotions, physical and physiological sensations, reactions, memories, thoughts and imagination, in states of continuous flux across different levels of our awareness.​
