"More important than the two entities in a connection is the life force that moves through them, the energy that holds creation together."

what is intimacy?

How we relate to ourselves, our closest kin and our place in the world is the realm of the relational; these connections start inside us.

Somatic intimacy practices invite the body and mind to re-pattern, rewire and regenerate new pathways of choices. Rooted in science, some magic and full reality, to bring collaborative collective consensus to the laws that move in the relational realm. Needed, because it feels like we are going a bit mad now, no?

So, sharp truth, softened with pleasure and support. This is relational ecology, living lovescapes, symbiotic supportive evolution. To be a lover of life.

and desire?

Conscious or unconscious, a magnetic force shows up that pulls us out of inertia into movement, growth and change. Change often can feel intense, unstable, precarious and unknown when desires are suppressed, hidden or disowned. Change, when anticipated, invited in and listened to, can feel expansive, intimate and consensual.

And there is a world of difference between intensity and intimacy.

Being able to choose which desires to draw into experience, how you respond in them and how they are integrated in your being is akin to getting closer to living your true self, expanding into the ability to be present with what is. A perfection of form, an ease with being.

The way there is a fair bit of work though. You might call it individuation, shadow work, shedding, alignment, integration. What ever the label, it is a process of commitment and the rewards are unquantifiable (for everything else, there's Mastercard).
